Investment Criteria Results

with 150 Florida professional engineers, who were asked which factors they used
in determining their company’s minimum acceptable rate of return, also known as

Need to Renew your PE License?
Professional Engineer Continuing Education Class, "Principles
of Engineering Economy,” is now available in DVD format for viewing at
work or home.
Offering 4 PDH in “Area of Practice,” the information applies to every
engineering discipline whether it’s Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil,
Electrical or Structural. The materials were produced by Green Energy
Engineering's Eric Coffin, who is an approved trainer in many states.
Only four of the 50 states require pre-approval of the professional engineer
continuing education providers. These states are:
- Florida #0004744
- North Carolina #S-0532
- Louisiana – Approved
- New York - Pending
The other forty-six states recognize those pre-approved providers of the above
listed states and/or require their professional engineers to use their own best
judgment regarding the suitability and applicability of the class.
The DVD costs $97 and includes a multiple-choice test to return for grading and
posting to your regulatory body.
